1- ESPN is giving the “breaking news live look ins” as Aaron Judge goes for homerun #61. Its great the ESPN is giving baseball attention. I just have a couple beefs with it. 1. If Aaron Judge wasn’t a member of the New York Yankees, would ESPN care? 2. They aren’t doing this with Albert Pujols. Albert is a couple homers away from 700. I think that’s a greater accomplishment than just being the 7th best mark in a season.

2- Ayo Dosunmu came back to Ubben the Illini practice facility and Champaign. I know the NCAA tournament success wasn’t there, but Ayo may be a top 3 regular season Illini of all time. He really helped with Kofi Cockburn’s success, he was an unreal passer, and just competed at all times, on all occasions. Glad that he could see the renovations, and see what short term impact he made for this great basketball program.

3- Illinois football has to stop with weird days for games. This could have been a weekend where I could see Illini football. The game though is on Thursday. This is a program that wants to build excitement. They had a good bounce back performance against Virginia. People from Chicago or Southern Illinois cant make it to a Thursday game as its presented. Keep Illini football on Saturdays shall we?

4- Here are my top 3 non-Eagles NFL games, Im most looking forward to.
1. 49ers @ Broncos
2. Packers @ Buccaneers
3. Vikings @ Lions

5. Own a basset hound. That is all. I mean look at this cutie.
