I wont bore ya with a story. Just a quick and easy healthy recipe for a hectic week night meal.
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
2 bags of stir fry veggie mix
2 bottles of G. Hughes Teriyaki sauce
1 box of brown rice noodles
Recipe:
Go out to your Blackstone griddle and dump 2 bags of the sitry fry veggie mixes. Cook until tender. Place 4 chicken thighs on the griddle. Cook until you have an internal temperature 170 degrees. When that step is done. Head inside and boil water in a pot, then flash boil the brown rice noodles. Chop up the chicken thighs into chunks. Throw the veggies, chicken, noodles, and teriyaki sauce into a sauce pan. Cook until the sauce starts to bubble.
